Is it just me but do old photos of kids show such a sweet innocence that you don't much see on the faces of children today? Or am I just getting sentimental for the old days that have flown by?
I think I know what you mean, I think we are overwhelmed by the technological universe, which, after all, allows us to blog. . . And I don't think a lot of families dress up to go to church together the way we did. And having your picture taken is WAYYYY too common an occurrence now. My younger grandchildren have a joyousness now, but the oldest only starts kindergarten in the fall.
