This was taken this spring after rain. The rose is not in great shape, but everything isn't, is it? Molly the mule was put down this morning. The weather report says there is 100% chance of rain both tonight and tomorrow night here in Northern MIchigan. I don't remember such high percents in the forecasts before, seems somwhat like weatherman hubris, Very small yellow sunflowers are blooming in the yard. I think they might have sprouted from the black sunflower seeds we are feeding the chickadees.
